How to delete pages from a PDF
- Choose your PDF and find the pages you don't need.
- Click the bin on each one. They're greyed out, in case you change your mind.
- To bring one back, click Undo on the page or in the notice above.
- Click Save PDF. The new file only has the pages you kept.
Send only what's asked for
Many documents include pages the application doesn't need: instructions, applicant copies or details you don't have to show. Removing them makes the file lighter and easier to review. If you're not sure which pages are required, check the organization's instructions before removing anything.
Private by design
Most online tools upload your files to their servers. Not here: everything is processed in your own browser and nothing is ever sent anywhere. That's why you can safely use it with your ID, passport, payslips, medical reports or contracts.
Your original stays the same
A new PDF is created with the remaining pages, without turning them into images. The original file stays on your device untouched, in case you need the full version later.
