How to organize a PDF

  1. Drop your PDF into the box above or click to choose it.
  2. Use each page's buttons to rotate, move or remove it. On a computer you can also drag the thumbnails.
  3. If something isn't right, click Undo or Reset to go back to the original.
  4. Click Save PDF and the new document downloads.

What is it for?

Before you upload a document to a job, university, visa or government portal, or send it by email, it should read right the first time. The most common cases:

  • Phone scans where a sheet ended up sideways or upside down.
  • Documents scanned in batches that came out in the wrong order.
  • Pages nobody asked for, like instructions, cover sheets or blank pages.
  • Putting the front and back of an ID or certificate in the right order before sending it.

Private by design

Most online tools upload your files to their servers. Not here: everything is processed in your own browser and nothing is ever sent anywhere. That's why you can safely use it with your ID, passport, payslips, medical reports or contracts.

No loss of quality

We don't turn your pages into images. The new PDF reuses the original pages exactly as they are: the text can still be selected and searched, signatures and stamps look the same, and the file size barely changes.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

Does organizing the PDF reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied as they are, without turning them into images. The text stays selectable and the file size barely changes.

Can I do it on my phone?

Yes. You don't need to drag on a phone: each page has buttons to rotate it, move it earlier or later, and remove it.

Can I undo a change?

Yes. Deleted pages can be brought back with Undo, and Reset returns the document to its original state. Nothing is saved until you click Save PDF.

Does it work with password-protected PDFs?

No. If the PDF has a password or restrictions, remove them first with the program you created it with and try again.
