How to change the order of PDF pages

  1. Choose your PDF. Each thumbnail shows its position number.
  2. On a computer, drag the thumbnail to where it belongs.
  3. On a phone or with the keyboard, use each page's ← and → buttons to move it one place.
  4. Click Save PDF.

No mouse needed

The move buttons can be reached with Tab and activated with Enter or the space bar. After a move, focus stays on the same page, so you can press several times in a row until it's where you want it. On touch screens, just tap them.

Private by design

Most online tools upload your files to their servers. Not here: everything is processed in your own browser and nothing is ever sent anywhere. That's why you can safely use it with your ID, passport, payslips, medical reports or contracts.

Typical cases

  • Double-sided scan in two passes. All the fronts come out first, then all the backs. Move each back behind its front.
  • Attachments at the end. Put the supporting documents after the main form, which is what gets reviewed first.
  • Loose sheets. If you scanned a page late, put it in its place without rescanning everything.
